Initialization script for CC2540

Regarding the post title, I'm glad to announce a very primitive version of a hciattach initialization script for the TI's CC2540 USB dongle I've talking about. You can check it out here.

Also, no updates regarding the dongle's firmware and BLE stack problems. We're still in contact with TI engineers trying to figure out what's wrong.
